This website is operated by LEMONANDTRA LIMITED ("Techbotics Academy", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. The product
Techbotics Academy sells a physical electronics kit bundled with access to an online, self-paced learning curriculum (together, the "Program"). The kit contains a genuine Arduino Uno R3 and related components; the curriculum consists of video and written lessons delivered through our online portal.
3. Pricing & currency
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- The Program is a one-time purchase of $199 USD. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors), in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery of physical goods is governed by our Shipping Policy. Access to the online curriculum is granted to your account after purchase.
6. Returns & refunds
Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All curriculum content, videos, text, graphics, and the Techbotics Academy name and logo are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the curriculum for your household's own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the content for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Program is provided for educational purposes. Electronics projects should be carried out with reasonable care and, for younger learners, with adult supervision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
