Refund Policy
Our 30-day money-back guarantee, and how returns and refunds work.
1. Our guarantee
We want you to build with confidence. You may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. This applies even if the kit has been opened and used.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@techbotics.academy with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and simple instructions.
3. Return shipping
For refunds within the 30-day window, we cover return shipping. Please return the kit reasonably protected so it isn't damaged in transit; you don't need the original packaging.
4. When you'll get your refund
Once we receive your returned kit (or, for curriculum-only issues, once your request is approved), we process refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. The time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Digital curriculum access
When a refund is issued, access to the online curriculum associated with the order is deactivated. Because the curriculum is bundled with the kit, refunds are handled at the Program level rather than as separate physical and digital items.
6. Damaged, defective, or missing parts
If any component arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us and we'll send a free replacement — for the life of the Program — no return needed. This is in addition to your refund rights.
7. Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled case by case. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
