Shipping Policy
How and when your kit ships, delivery estimates, and duties.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
2. Instant curriculum access
The online curriculum is delivered digitally. Access is granted to your account immediately after purchase, so learners can begin the first lessons before the physical kit arrives.
3. Shipping methods & cost
- We offer free worldwide shipping on the Program.
- Orders are shipped via tracked postal and courier services — typically SF Express, DHL, or FedEx.
- Every order includes tracking, and expedited options (where available) are shown at checkout.
4. Estimated delivery times
Total delivery time = 1 business day processing + transit:
- All destinations, worldwide: delivered within 7–10 days
These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery times can vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs clearance and carrier delays.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
6. Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
7. Wrong address, lost or delayed parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@techbotics.academy and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
